As to you second point, human perception of "the laws of physics" reflects a tiny blip of perception against a cosmos billions and billions of years old, and one that will likely continue to exist for billions and billions of years past the time when the last human dies. This would be like a fruit fly seeing a man sitting in a chair, over the course of its entire life, and making the claim that based on his experience the man is too static to move.
