Marsha to Andre: Why don't you do something risky and offer your definition of the Intellectual Level?
Andre: I have been doing 'risky' things all my life Marsha! I do not particularly like goodbyes, (just like the Laurel and Hardy clip): My definition of the intellectual level coincides with Mr. Pirsig's (since we are talking MOQ stuff here): the SKILLFUL manipulation of symbols......... ( I am sure you know how the rest goes). Your's, and Bodvar's and Mary's adherence to (SOM) the Western traditional/dominant manipulation of these symbols is pathetic...it simply begs the question. There are many ways and points to place and to manipulate the knife.This is what Mr. Pirsig would like us to consider and try. This is one part of the MOQ...to follow our own individual, direct experience, our dharma...and you'll be surprised how much we have in common.
