Hello Craig --

[Ham]
In FACT, Reality is what does not exist

I would think that according to your view, this would not be a
FACTUAL claim but a METAPHYSICAL one.

You have taken this statement out of context, but perhaps I should have said "metaphysically, reality is what does not exist." And THAT is a fact.

[Ham]
what is perceived is being and nothingness.

“Just look along the road, and tell me if you can see either of them.”
“I see nobody on the road,” said Alice. “I only wish I had such eyes,”
the King remarked in a fretful tone.“To be able to see Nobody!
And at that distance, too!
(Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass)

To perceive does not always require sight. How would we know nothingness if we did not perceive it in existence?

But I enjoyed the Looking Glass quote.

Regards,
Ham
