I'm viewed hereabouts as some sort of bbq god.  My secret?  REAL  wood.  Not
propane, not briquets bought from a store, but real wood pruned from my
apple trees, never sprayed, never treated with chemicals.  Just lit up and
burned down to the proper temp and when it's right, slap the meat on and eat
when its ready.
