Yet patterns are replaced by new often better more dynamic patterns. That is what is meant by evolution. Patterns don't change any more than individuals in biological evolution are changing. The concept of pattern is opposed to change. "Static" pattern is redundant. To say something is a pattern is to point out something that is static or unchanging at least for a time. So there are two types of patterns, static patterns and dynamic patterns. This answers my question because i left dynamic patterns out of my question. It is the dynamic patterns that are at the interface with Dynamic Quality. I remember the biological cell with a dead outer protein and the dynamic function of the DNA on the inside.
