True.  Language is involved in conceptualization & communication.
Wittgenstein's enemy was the view that meaning consisted of 
pictures/images/representations
in a person's mind.  Such images either don't occur or are irrelevant if they 
do, because they must be
interpretted & the interpretation cannot be another image.
