Hi Andre,

First, I agree with the sentiments provided in your post.  But no I'm not 
happy.  Quotes have authority, especially RMP's, and should be presented 
properly which means starting and ending with  " (double quotes) or indented.  
It shouldn't be up to the reader to decide when your using a direct quote and 
when you are representing your own thoughts or emphasizing words.  Also enough 
information should be given, for the reader to find the quote in the book to 
evaluate its context if desired.  So you do not think I'm picking on you, at 
one time I had a hissy-fit with Bo for the same reason.  How you want to 
graphically emphasize words, I'll leave up to your own creative resources, but 
save the double-quotes for words repeated from a book or speech.
