I find it fascinating that Newton and Leibnitz came upon the calculus from
different vectors: the German via integration and the Englishman via
differentiation. Need we any more proof that there's such a thing as a
national character?

Did you hear that they're going to test to see if there's detectable
evidence of multiverses pinging off our own universe? I'm scientifically
conservative, but I love wild imaginativeness in the speculative realm. : )
