Yes I see what you mean. I wasn't happy with the statement above when
I wrote it... it seemed off somehow. Still, it seems to me that we
don't "prefer" to follow Dynamic Quality. Rather, as we draw closer to
the moment... to that time before preferences and choices are made...
our actions are guided by "a dim apprehension of we know not what." We
don't jump off the hot stove because we think it is better or we
prefer jumping to sitting. That which gets us off the stove is
explained later.
