First of all, 'MoQ', 'Quality' and 'Reality' are symbols, so it depends on 
context.  But, I see the first view as representing a menu, and the second view 
representing actual food.  In the second view, I do not assume "(presumably 
still as an Intellectual/Conceptual metaphysical system)", but metaphysics as 
_fundamental principal_, as in the RMP's statement "The Metaphysics of 
Quality's central idea [is] that the world is nothing but value ...".
