Quantum Physics and quantum consciousness doesn't exclude static patterns. In 
fact Static Values are the only values we could possibly know of. 

To not be too philosophological I prefer practical examples; a sudden event on 
the surface of water causes a circular vawe, is that roundness subjectively 
centered around the starting point or what?
The ring, the circular vawe, is an ever-changing pattern but the "roundness" is 
static. If someone don't believe in it, would it then be possible for him to 
ignore it?
