To conclude Truth [singular](added by Marsha)

connects with "is" which is

is  [verb]

1.  3rd person singular present indicative of be.

"Be"

verb (used without object)
1. to exist or live

2. to take place; happen; occur:

So Marsha is asserting that Truth is a singular experience in process.

One has to ask then

WHAT exactly IS  this fixed eternal (singular)Truth?

One is supposed to arrive at it with certainty via dialectic.

"The concept of dialectic existed in the philosophy
of Heraclitus of Ephesus, who proposed that everything
is in constant change, as a result of inner strife and opposition. Hence, the
history of the
dialectical method is the history of philosophy."

"The purpose of the dialectic method of reasoning is
resolution of disagreement through rational discussion,
and, ultimately, the search for truth. One way to proceed—
the Socratic method—is to show that a given
hypothesis (with other admissions) leads to a contradiction;
thus, forcing the withdrawal of the hypothesis as a
candidate for truth (see reductio ad absurdum). Another dialectical resolution
of disagreement is by denying a presupposition of the contending thesis and
antithesis;
thereby, proceeding to sublation (transcendence) to
synthesis, a third thesis."

So it's an ongoing process of elimenating hypothetical canidates for truth
This fixed eternal truth being a synthesis a mixture of our best thesis (ideas)
Truth seems to be many.

YET

This is not a fixed eternal truth if it is a process of resolving ideas yet
again what are we arriving at?
certaintly not a fixed generalized all encompassing certainty about everything
because dialectical
disagreement is of a particular context, certainly not an objective reality
because that is the realm
of flux and false appearences. Again I ask we should be able to place our
finger on exactly what
we are rejecting a fixed eternal certainty of what is true. This trail leads to
forms,ideas. The idea
of truth, the general abstract concept, yet as I argue, it only exists as a
generalized abstract concept
and vanishes into thin air when we try to say exactly what that truth IS with
any certainty. And the
ancients knew that.
It just doesent add up.

ALSO

Why would someone who contends that he knows nothing (but Love) and that no one
really can
know anything posit a single eternal fixed truth? why would he posit that
knowledge is certain?
This is the contradiction that leads me to want question what we are indeed
rejecting.
