I can't. It's just the best model (metaphysics) of reality I've seen.
Any metaphysics is just assumptions. Proof requires a model in
which to prove it, in which case the model is already there.
Step one is to acknowledge that metaphysics can't be proven, then
we can try out different approaches and see which fits best with
our experiences.
