MD Apology to Struan and group.

I was surprised to check the inbox this morning to find that I had
responded to Struan publicly.

I didn't intend for my comments to be seen by the whole group. I didn't
change the address before I sent the message. No real excuse, but it was
late local time and I was tired. And apparently cranky.

It is not my habit to flame publicly. I apologize to Struan for that,
and to the group for the waste of bandwidth.
