I deserved that. I have been kicking myself ever after for doing such
a disservice to the MOQ. It was in my reply to Peter and his "all
subjectivity" argument that the infamous sentence appeared. Some
will hopefully understand that it pertains to ZAMM and young P's
frightening insight (that following SOM's logic one ends in
subjectivity/mind only) and then his shift to a value-based
metaphysics. However calling it a "Metaphysics of Subjectivity"
was terribly wrong - and within earshot of Struan to invite trouble.
To try to make a sacrifice I'll say nothing more except recalling that
part.
There's something about "Humanum errare" in Latin. I subscribe to
that.
