I agree this may help, but isn't it interesting
how we, as a culture, must throw $ around to get
'things' done, and for caring to be possible? And
what about legislation, thus, others to depend upon to
help force action? Sedentary is a powerful force on
so many levels. Whether that force is positive or
negative depends. To sit and read is educational. To
sit and read all the time is biologically unhealthy.
To sit and read without taking any action is
stuckness. I once heard, and find to be so true,
wisdom is knowledge in action.
