I agree once more. We should all do what we can. What is frustrating is that
we have the technology to fix most of this but stubbornly refuse to use it.
I did some research a few months back on affordable energy efficient
housing. There are all kinds of things we could build into our homes and
neighborhoods to reduce energy consumption but very little of it is being
implemented.

In the context of my rants with Platt, Carter began a number of programs to
provide incentives for investment in energy efficient homes and alternative
energy sources. It was all ignored or put on the back burner by the dim wits
who followed him on office.
