[Case] I think most of the dissenter you mentioned acknowledge the facts. It is their view of the causes that is questioned. [Platt] And by the way, since you have convinced us that all is uncertain, how can you possibly assure us now that you (or anybody) has a lock on the "facts?" [Case] As Arlo points out in a post earlier today what we look for is not certainty but closer and closer approximations to the Truth. We make statements based on the best evidence available, now.
