I suppose constitutions are outdated. We should live in communities organized
in geographyc regions. Rio de Janeiro, Southeast Brazil, Brasil, South
America, Alca, the world. Laws should be adapted, renewed into a new spirit
where the most evolved individuals, who understands law, should act upon this
new spirit. Thus, if a society evolves, laws should evolve, too.
