[Arlo] What would the U.S. do if Iranian sailors were found near our shores? If we captured them, would Iran be justified in military action against us? What if those Iranian sailors claimed to have been in Mexican waters? And "accidentally" entered U.S. waters? Would the U.S. simply let them go? Let's just hope this is not another Reichstag fire (a metaphor that can swing both directions, by the way). [Platt] "True liberals" like true conservatives would have left health care to the private sector, providing an incentive to citizens to stay in school, work hard and become self-sufficient instead of dependents of Big Brother government. [Arlo] "Let the poor and lazy die, they are of no use to us." The conservative creedo. [Platt] After all, freedom is the MOQ's number one priority. [Arlo] What you describe is not freedom, but wage slavery. People forced to work two jobs, families forced to rely on two incomes, all to pay exorbitant prices for health insurance, or go bankrupt over one emergency room visit. Social Darwinism, yes. Freedom? No. Some things should be left to the market, like who owns a Ferrari and what the price of a pound of potatoes are, but who does and does not receive medical care? No thanks.
