These are interesting questions, which help
outline that we are bringing to this dialogue certain
pre-concepts that need critiqued. Arlo might be
correct or incorrect, but asking for clarity will help
decide this.

Just stating, well "...if your read Pirsig's
chapter 11..." doesn't answer the question, for we all
read the book. We refer to the book over and over
again, but we are trying to learn about an experience
Pirsig had and we will probably also figure out stuff
that Pirsig never did figure out for we each have our
unique experience. This has come up here before. To
quote Pirsig doesn't always explain ones point.

Platt, this is what you think and value. Biology
values biology, and may value intellect, but if
biology completely valued intellect alone, then it
would not be biological, it would be intellect. Does
this make sense to anybody else?
