     Yes, I understand this perception exists.  I
believe Bo and you state that Quality is dq and static
quality is something different from Quality and dq.  I
view Quality as being static and dq, and thus, not
lumping dq with Quality alone.  I know we are dead set
in our ways on this, and it really doesn't matter
who's right here on this point, we'll still wake up in
the morning wanting to discuss on the MOQ.org, right?
