Decision is experience. This constellations of SPOVs that is me seems to be compelled to make choices. There might be value in doing nothing. There might be value in doing something. When a decision must be made or an action taken choose the one whose consequences offer the highest value results. But the situation is also subject to SPOVs outside your control, or even outside your knowledge. And of course there is DQ which is definitely outside your control. Everything is okay.
