These individual men like Gates aren't the problem; our continuing 
complacency toward them is the real Giant. If we killed the biggest Giants in 
the public eye, such as Microsoft, confidence would be gained and killings of 
the other giants would follow. The Golden Rule is NOT "do unto to others as 
you would have them do unto you"

The Golden Rule in America is: He Who Has the Gold Makes the Rules.

That's the real giant. Alive and well. Everyone knows it's true, and no one 
cares.
