Good afternoon, I typically create slices from micro-CT sinograms in NRecon. However, I recently discovered that my reconstructed cross sections for an old batch are missing, so I need to redo them ASAP. I won’t have access to a facility with NRecon installed for several months.
Is there a GUI app for desktops or laptops that can reconstruct cross-sections from scan projections in TIFF or BMP format? Jacqueline S.
