If you need to do a reconstruction of existing scan data using Nrecon email me at my uw address and we can setup for a time for you to come over and use it. But if you are missing any of the shadow/projection images, you cannot recover them via interpolation as their relationship to each other is not linear. Most likely you will have to rescan.
