Hi Nathalia, No translation for the word "spline" so you may want to keep the mathematical approach as "thin plate spline". Partial warps = warps parciales. For shearing, no idea, but you might want to check for a translation in a dictionary, I suppose there is an equivalent word. By the way, shape could be translated to conformación or estructura.
