Hi, Gaetan: When I did something similar, I had four points in common for each view and then fit them together using a resistant-fit superimposition. I then rescaled the consensus to the original units of measurement. This was all done with a precursor of Morpheus et al. Unfortunately, having overlapping points is something you have to plan in advance and you'll need at least three. If you've finished collecting data and don't have an overlap maybe someone else has another idea. Good luck!
