There is also "FileConverter" developed by Prof. Chris Klingenberg 
(University of Manchester, UK) that combines 3D coordinates of different 
views collected by a Microscribe to actually recreate a full configuration 
of landmarks for the whole 3D object. Three common landmarks to the 
different views are needed. More information and download here:
