The Inspector General's Report can be found at this web address. It does not look good for DIBELS and certain book publishers that claim to be Scientifically Research Based! Most are peer reviewed only. Also check out Dick Allington's book, Big Brother and the National Reading Panel. He has dug deeply into the "research" behind NCLB.
