For anyone who wishes to integrate technology into their classroom, I created a powerpoint during a two week summer technology integration program where the focus was to create literacy lessons using technology. I chose our American author Eric Carle and created 5 lessons related to the fab five (phonemic awareness, phonics, comprehension, fluency and vocabulary) using his books. I created a powerpoint based on his books and other related material. The powerpoint can be downloaded or used directly from the internet on a website I created. It contains many rhyming songs for young learners.
