The Literacy Workshop (TLW) is in the comment stage of our annual online poetry slam. The project focuses on publishing poetry from middle level students (grades 6-8). The poems are delivered via a blog and then opened up for comments from students, parents, and teachers.
The Poetry Slam teachers invite all MOSAIC teachers and their students to visit our project at http://www.literacyworkshop.org/poetryslam. You can view all the poems and please comment when/if the mood strikes. The students really appreciate seeing their work published and especially receiving notice from visitors to the site.
