This is strange! I was moving books today and ran onto Ernst herself (so to speak)! I had almost forgotten her. I think she has a new book but mine is Picturing Learning: Artists and Writers in the Classroom. As a total non-artist (but a fabulous art enjoyer and, hopefully, teacher), I can remember how I felt when I read her book. It was a wonderful experience. It's a good experience to read and think about her book. Bev
An interesting discussion--Who is Karen Ernst and what is the name of her book? It does sound like it might tie into the visualizing very well. ----- Original Message ----- From: "ljackson" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Mosaic: A Reading Comprehension Strategies Email Group" <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, August 13, 2007 8:44 PM Subject: Re: [MOSAIC] Dyslexia and comprehension > Joy, you are so kind.
