I have one letter of reprimand in my file. Years ago I blew the whistle on a
sped teacher who had not serviced a child in anyway, but sent the parents a
report in which the child was making progress towards all goals.  It is a
letter I feel I could easily explain away.  I feel it reflects more on the
school than me (I broke chain of command), I can TOTALLY live with it.
However, I was tenured at the time...
