I would look at the Reading Comprehension Toolkit- teachers in my district
use this 3-5 and the K-2 toolkit will be released in Jan 08- also have you
seen or heard of using the Daily 5 as the structure for reading workshop- it
the only thing that I have found that truly works-if you could give your
staff both of these things-what a gift
