Joy & Sandra, I think that we could BEGIN this endeavor by simply setting up a group on the Classroom 2.0 website. That would be *FREE* and an easy way to start. I already set up a group called "Elementary Reading Teachers"--it's VERY easy to set up and then starting discussions is a snap! Then, while we hold discussions on that network, someone could look into how we set up and fund our own "Mosaic" network.

Then scroll down just a little to the "Most Active Groups" box and you'll find the "Elementary Reading Teachers" group on the right side--3rd one down the list.
