If you are looking for a way to create a blog for your classroom and/or students you might want to check out www.edublogs.org. It's free as well. You can set up a blog for your classroom or individual blogs for you students and you have control over what gets posted to their blogs, etc. I'm personally still learning about these great tools but as a 6th grade reading teacher I'm looking at moving our reading journals to a blog format. I haven't worked out all the kinks yet and if anyone is using blogs in this way to enhance your comprehension lessons I would love to hear your ideas!
