As for the DRA, we have found that there are LOTS of gray areas.  Also, the
assessment can take quite awhile to administer.  We do the test 3 times a
year and I have 40+ students.  I feel like I lose a good bit of
instructional time on, once again, assessing.  However, I would be open to
another option if anyone has one...
