I asked this question several months ago, now I am doing a workshop
with teacher who use Marzano, so I ask again how would a Marzano lesson
plan look different.

I teach in NC as well. We do talk about Marzano and use the
terminology in
workshops...however, our lesson plans are still written in Blooms.
