Wouldn't it be possible to simply add a terminology database
to a general phrase table, if one wants to enforce a
specific terminology in the translations?
Now that I think about it, it would probably still be
necessary to ensure that the whole parallel corpus also
follows the wanted terminology. Otherwise, one might expect
"incorrectly" translated _phrases_ from the parallel corpus
overriding individual words from the terminology database.
