the simplest way to achieve this would be: --add your dictionary as short, additional sentences to the parallel corpus (this is how dictionaries are usually integrated into Moses) --produce sample sentences using those preferred translations; build a language model over that. --run MERT on a set of parallel sentences which use your preferred translations.
