Hi Alex

I checked sourceforge, and svn should be disabled. There's no link to it on 
the front page.

There's also a notice on the sourceforge page saying that Moses has moved, and 
I've replaced the latest "release" with a README.

I'm not sure what else to do short of deleting the sourceforge page.

As to the documentation, I'm going to do some work on that, and I'll send out 
a mail later about it,
