Hi Alex Thanks for pointing that out - I've added notes to the wmtxx/baseline pages indicating that the Moses instructions are out-of-date and directing them to the Moses site. Although the Moses site doesn't offer concise instructions on how to build/install Moses and related tools...something I have to add.
