Hi,
I am using PCLOS and trying to install motion.
I ran the PCLOS repo motion install with synaptic and later with apt-get.
Both times several files and directories were not installed.
So I did some investigating and found the new motion home on github.
The github directions don't seem very compatible with the PCLOS files.
I'm not finding more info in the PCLOS site.

PS: I did install motion and i can run it in a terminal as root. It will
capture and save video files.
