Chuck Krulas and I refound the bird around 11:15am today. It was hanging around
the huge flock of mergansers and goldeneye much further south - south of the
DNR buildings and the sportsman's club. The closest viewing was from the side
of hwy 61 where it swings east and then south again. There weren't many gulls
at the park at all.
