Migration continues to strongly linger in the area with 8 flycatcher species, 5 vireo species, and 20 warbler species over the past two days at Carver Park Reserve. I saw 5 vireo species both the 25th and 26th and 19 warbler species the 25th vs. 16 the 26th. I also found a late Swainson's Thrush amongst 10 warbler species during a short walk at Rapids Lake on the 25th. Alder Flycatcher continue to be numerous and luckily vocal at Carver Park as are Least Flycatcher which are also vocal(only calling).
