After being gone a couple weeks, I was back yesterday in time to get out to 
Rapids Lake MVNWR by early afternoon.  Highlights yesterday included Spotted 
Sandpiper, Least Flycatcher(4), House Wren(2), Ruby-crowned Kinglet(4), 
Ovenbird, Orange-crowned Warbler, Yellow Warbler(4), Palm Warbler(2), 
Yellow-rumped Warbler(17), Clay-colored Sparrow(4), Lincoln's Sparrow(2), 
White-crowned Sparrow, Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and Indigo Bunting.

Today beginning early morning I was out again at Rapids Lake.  Highlights today 
were Broad-winged Hawk, Spotted Sandpiper(3), Forster's Tern, Red-headed 
Woodpecker, Least Flycatcher(2), Great Crested Flycatcher(4-6), Eastern 
Kingbird, House Wren(8), Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Ruby-crowned Kinglet(8), Gray 
Catbird(3), Brown Thrasher, Ovenbird, Nashville Warbler(2), Magnolia Warbler, 
Yellow Warbler(9), Palm Warbler(3), Yellow-rumped Warbler(24), Black-throated 
Green Warbler, White-crowned Sparrow(3), Rose-breasted Grosbeak(13), and 
Baltimore Oriole.  Elsewhere in the county today I found Solitary and Pectoral 
Sandpiper in two different flooded fields(several fields flooded but not much 
to show for it) and Common Loon and Caspian Tern at Lake Waconia.
