Static libraries in NSS pre-compiled distributions

The doc (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/nss/intro.html) 
documents there are two static libraries that are not included in any 
shared library of nss : libcrmf.a/crmf.lib and libjar.a/jar.lib.

They seem not to be included inside any binary distribution of NSS.

The associated include files, like crmf.h, are present in the package, 
so it seems the functionnality is intended to be available, but at the 
moment can't be accessed without a full recompilation.
