I think I read carefully enough ;)
I experimented a lot with this issue and with client behavior and apache

like some people mentioned later in the the thread apache simply doesn't
support it - i didn't wrote the whole story - ok you may blame this on
my - i shortened the facts a bit to bring it to the point and i provided
a working solution (but which may also not be reliable since most
clients are not rfc confirming impelented for certificate behavior)

i will try next time to be more verbose - but i can't promise always to
go into any details, but maybe simple asking for more details without
telling me what i did all wrong (probably) would also be kind of
motivating...
