You have to 'actively' search for a mail! meaning you have to enter a search term in the line "Name or Email contains". Fortunately '*' as a wildcard is OK. Entering a * as search term will return all entries as long as the following conditions as true: Your LDAP server does not have a 'max result' limit (very often 100 results) and You don't have set a result limit in your Mozilla prefs (Preferences -> Mail & Newsgroups -> Addressing -> Edit Directories -> 'Your Directory'-Edit ->Advanced). Per default the limit is 100
